Acquisition

Daiki Aluminium Industry Co., Ltd. acquired control of the stock of Amalgamated Aluminium and Alloys SDN. BHD. from Nippon Light Metal, Co., Ltd.

Change Of Company Name

Daiki Aluminium Industry (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (DAM) is now wholly owned by its parent company Daiki Aluminium Industry Co., Ltd., who is a century old large conglomerate, having foot printed around the world with more than 20 affiliated companies, operating successfully in 12 countries.

25th Anniversary Celebration

Daiki Aluminium Industry (M) Sdn. Bhd. celebrated its 25th Silver Jubilee Anniversary on 28th August 2015 at One World Hotel, Petaling Jaya.
